Doing my research I found that there is such ting as good stress and bad stress! Good is the kind of stress something like car crash about to happen but you react to the problem, by hitting your breaks. Bad stress can cause leave a person feeling depleted or overwhelmed, weaken the body's immune system, and cause other problems.
being bullied or exposed to violence or injury
relationship stress, family conflicts, or the heavy emotions that can accompany a broken heart or the death of a loved one
ongoing problems with schoolwork related to a learning disability or other problems, such as ADHD (usually once the problem is recognized and the person is given the right learning support the stress disappears)
crammed schedules, not having enough time to rest and relax, and always being on the go
* But my goal is to find away to help teen with these problems.

Most teen don't ask for help with problems in school because they feel have to handle it all them selves. but I found that many schools have groups or programs that help teens with stress and find helpful way to deal with them. As well as if the a falling behind in school the help with that also. many of the students feed back was positive and they think other school should have this programs in their own schools.

Stress is a normal part of life that can either help us learn and grow or can cause us significant problems. If we don't take action, the stress response can create or worsen health problems. teens don't pay much mind to the health so the might just think that things like head aches , stomach aches , feeling sick and not being able to sleep may be normal.but what is found out is that these could lead to real health problems.
Blog Questions #PVH reflection
As I was interviewing I found that people deal with and work thought stress differently. Same ways are positive others not so much. But as I was listening to the person that was answering to my questions I found that some of the problems where similar to many of the answers that I had researched. I think that the interview went well thought because I got similar answers to the ones that I thought I would have gotten. I chose to interview a incoming freshman because I want to hear the thoughts that 8th graders had about what kind of stress the would experience in high school. I was surprised to hear that 8th graders have worries about high school academics. And that the work might he to much or the might not feel confident in their class. By going this interview I think that Stress may not come for high school but by the idea of failing high school its self. But I chose the interview with and older person that finished high school already ,and what she had to say was very eye open . listening to her and how it went for her (being the it was such a long time ago) I saw that most of the problem with stress haven't changed. And that how as seniors we need to take reasonability for some of the stress as well.
