Stress with teen student

Stress million of teenagers in the united states face stress everyday. The pressure to do well follows them all the way to their seniors years, the most stressful year of all. I know your think senior year should be the  best year with prom , graduation and you first  step to adult hood jus waiting for you. But do you think about all the things teen go through with in and without school. Teenagers are fill up to the rim with pressures from friendship, achievements, academics appropriate dress, parental expectation, house rules, and life in general. This  kind of pressure can cause teen stress.
high school and college are the most stressful years of your life. Between homework, activities and hanging with friends, it can be hard to get enough sleep, especially during the school week. Ideally, adolescents should get nine hours a night. Most teens, though, are getting less. Teens say they sleep an average of just 7.4 hours on a school night. because it seems that there just not enough hours in a day for homework, after school jobs and a social life. Teens aren't always using healthy methods to cope with stress.

Stress symptoms can affect your body, your thoughts and feelings, and your behavior. Like Feeling overwhelmed , Headache, Chest pain, Sleep problems , Social withdrawal , and Overeating or underrating. Stress symptoms may be affecting your health, even though you might not realize it. stress can help students in some ways but most of the time its to much to handle. Suicide is a serious issue that is the third-leading cause of death among individuals between the ages of 15-24. which you may not think is a problem but most stress leads to suicide . I would like to find away in school we can help students with stress.

Finding away to deal with stress may seem hard but its simple . Short breaks between working can help you switch off. But longer breaks are important too. Sleep is always the best medicine and some people find that small 20 minute naps can help increase productivity. Things might seem bad, but if you try, there is usually something positive to be learned. Listening to music can help calm you down and put you in a better frame of mind. They say that laughter is the best medicine, and it's really true (Laughing out loud ). Stress is no fun thing to deal with by yourself but there's always away to over come any problem.
